Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Lot Porter to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience operating equipment and performing basic mechanical work. The Lot Porter plays a key role in maintaining an organized facility, supporting daily operations, and ensuring equipment and work areas remain clean, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain company lots, yards, and outdoor work areas.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform facilities maintenance and general property upkeep.
- Assist with entry-level mechanical work and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support day-to-day operational activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous equipment operating experience is required.
- General mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic mechanical tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a Lot Porter, Yard Associate, Equipment Operator, Facilities Maintenance Technician, Mechanic Helper, or General Laborer.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and property upkeep.
