Immediately Hiring for Bilingual HR Specialist!

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years HR, recruitment, or general administration experience
• Must be bilingual - Full proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform recruiting, safety, and HR functions
• Translate HR documents, handbooks, and safety notices, and facilitate meetings or employee onboarding sessions in both English and Spanish
• Mediate conflicts, answer benefit or payroll questions, and handle employee grievances with cultural swnsitivity

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm
• Friday: 8am-12pm
• Pay starts at $20-$21 DOE
