We are seeking dependable and organized Class A truck driver who possesses a great deal of physical and mental stamina who thrives and can consistently ensure safe and accurate deliveries. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.
Duties may include:
- Possess intricate geographical knowledge of specific routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible
- Load and unload materials, goods, and equipment as assigned.
- Completing a daily truck log and submit appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up to ensure timely and accurate transportation
- Observing and reporting equipment or mechanical failures to ensure that vehicles are routinely inspected for proper maintenance and appearance.
- Conducting daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management
- Finding ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business
- Accept payments and provide receipts, if applicable.
- Serving as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
- Complying with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules
