Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented manual Screen Printer with experience to support production of high-quality silicone-based products. This hands-on role involves operating manual screen-printing equipment, ensuring consistent print quality, and maintaining production standards. The ideal candidate has a steady hand, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual screen printing on silicone and related materials
• Set up screens, inks, and fixtures based on job specifications
• Align prints accurately to meet design and quality standards
• Inspect printed products for defects, consistency, and clarity
• Mix inks and maintain proper viscosity and color accuracy
• Clean and maintain screens, tools, and workstations
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals
• Document production counts and quality issues
• Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements

 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous screen printing experience (manual preferred) highly desired
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and read job specs or artwork layouts
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs

 Preferred Skills

• Experience printing on silicone, rubber, plastics, or similar substrates
• Knowledge of ink mixing and curing processes
• Familiarity with screen setup, registration, and cleaning techniques
• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain consistent quality under production demands
