Customer Service Representative needed for local courier!

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support retention
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

 

$17 - 19/hr

 

8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
