Service Administrator needed for busy branch location!

Position Summary:
The Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the service department by coordinating service requests, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process service requests via phone, email, or internal systems
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on availability and priority
  • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer files
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and reporting related to service activities
  • Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Support service team with administrative tasks and project coordination

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software (e.g., SAP, ServiceMax, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Pay $60k - 65k
