Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative plays a key role in managing fabrication projects from start to finish while serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
• Coordinate production schedules, material orders, and delivery timelines
• Track project milestones and communicate updates to internal teams and clients
• Prepare job orders, work instructions, and documentation for fabrication teams
• Collaborate with engineering and production staff to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement as needed
Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide quotes, lead times, and order status updates
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product specifications
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or manufacturing support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay $23-25/hr
