Job Title: Pricing Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Pricing Coordinator. This role is critical to maintaining accurate pricing, signage, and product listings within our store. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with early mornings, proficient in computer programs such as Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and implement regular price changes across store systems and displays
- Enter new items into inventory and pricing systems accurately
- Verify pricing and item information for accuracy and consistency
- Hang weekly shelf tags and promotional signage throughout the store
- Manage weekly ad setup and removal, ensuring timely execution
- Enter and update the store reader board with current messaging each week
- Create and print item tags as needed
- Print and organize delivery invoices for store records
- Work two early-morning shifts each week (starting at 4:00 AM) to ensure timely merchandising setup
- Utilize Excel and other tools to track and manage pricing and product data
- Maintain an organized workspace and filing system for all pricing-related materials
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable with early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
