Manage daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organized records, files, and documentation. Develop efficient procedures and track data to support operations.

Administer compensation programs, including job analysis, job descriptions, market reviews, wage recommendations, and adjustments. Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications.

Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, issue resolution, and monthly reconciliations. Assist with annual reviews and open enrollment. Research and recommend program improvements.

Support employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievance processes, and investigations. Advise managers and employees as needed.

Support recruitment and onboarding efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and orienting new hires.

Help develop and deliver training programs. Maintain learning management system records and content.

Maintain accurate employee records and conduct audits. Monitor HR metrics such as retention, turnover, workers’ compensation, sick leave, overtime, unemployment costs, and employee morale. Provide reports and recommend improvements.
