Job Full Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper this role is similar to a night auditor. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily store operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance and reconcile the store safe daily
• Review and process cashier tills from the previous day
• Prepare daily bank deposits accurately and securely
• Coordinate with the bank to order and pick up change as needed
• Enter and maintain daily financial data in the store’s computer system
• Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
• Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous cash handling experience 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start early mornings
