Job Title: Controller
Location: Anmoore, WV
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually, based on experience
Job Summary:
A well-established organization in Anmoore is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations across 10 LLC entities. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with strong payroll, tax reporting, and multi-entity accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting and financial operations for 10 LLCs
- Manage full-cycle payroll using ADP
- Prepare and file federal payroll tax forms, including 940s and 941s
- Complete quarterly payroll and tax filings
- Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting in QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all entities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close
- Provide financial reporting and insights to leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting role
- Experience managing multi-entity/LLC accounting
- Strong payroll background, including 940/941 filings and quarterlies
- Hands-on experience with ADP and QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities
