Chad Drainer opened the Express Employment Professionals office in Morgantown in May 2014 with a clear mission: to provide the highest level of staffing and workforce solutions to clients and job seekers throughout North Central West Virginia. Since 2017, the Morgantown office has been recognized as a Circle of Excellence office each year—an honor that reflects consistent performance, service quality, and commitment to the Express mission.
Deeply invested in the Morgantown community, Chad is a proud West Virginia University graduate, earning both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations. Prior to opening Express, he built extensive experience in recruiting, training, and operations within the restaurant industry, giving him a strong foundation in people development and service-driven leadership.
Chad is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and firmly believes that the greatest impact is achieved through a strong, talented team. He credits the success of the Morgantown office to the dedicated professionals who share a heart for service and a commitment to helping people succeed.
Since opening its doors in 2014, Express Employment Professionals of Morgantown has welcomed more than 30,000 job seekers and placed over 7,000 individuals into meaningful employment. The office specializes in commercial/industrial, administrative, and professional staffing, while also offering HR resources, custom training services, and both temporary and permanent workforce solutions.
Chad has been married to his wife, Sabrina, since 2019 and remains committed to strengthening the local workforce and the community he calls home.
