Join Our Team as an Indirect/MRO Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Indirect/MRO Buyer for a key client in the NCWV region. This dynamic role involves managing the procurement of indirect materials and services for multiple locations, focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
What You’ll Do:
- Requisition Analysis: Evaluate requisitions and develop specifications, bids, and agreements.
- Supplier Negotiation: Secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Strategic Procurement: Implement strategic policies to enhance purchasing processes.
- Cost Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve cash flow.
- Sourcing Projects: Identify and onboard high-quality suppliers while ensuring compliance.
- Collaborative Solutions: Partner with stakeholders to resolve commodity-related challenges.
- Order & Invoice Management: Process purchase orders and address invoice discrepancies efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 1 year of procurement experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Personality: A self-starter who thrives in collaborative team environments.
