Direct Hire Opportunity
Join a growing aseptic beverage manufacturing facility as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, direct hire position with career growth opportunities, hands-on work, and skill development across multiple trades.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and filter units
-
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep production lines running efficiently
-
Maintain equipment logs and documentation in compliance with GMP and SOPs
-
Support engineering, quality, and production teams with process improvements and troubleshooting
-
Conduct daily checks on facility systems and wastewater operations
-
Perform minor facility and building maintenance as needed
Required Skills / Experience:
-
5+ years of mechanical or maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing
-
Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting industrial machinery
-
Knowledge of motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and production equipment
-
Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and P&IDs
-
Experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
-
Ability to work rotating 12-hour weekend shifts
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
-
Multi-trade exposure: HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, welding, plumbing, compressors

Experience in food or beverage manufacturing

Participated in root cause analysis or process improvement initiatives
