Assist CNC Machinists and CNC Operators with daily production activities

Load and unload materials into CNC machines

Deburr, clean, and prepare finished products

Read work orders and production instructions

Perform basic machine setup assistance and material handling duties

Maintain production records and documentation as required

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Support manufacturing and machining operations to meet production goals
CNC Assistant Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, warehouse, fabrication, machining, or industrial experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC machining processes

Ability to use measuring tools and follow detailed instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
