Schedule & Pay

• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM as needed
• Enjoy long weekends with most Fridays off

Glass Technician Job Responsibilities

• Load, handle, and prepare glass materials for production
• Clean, inspect, seam, and assemble glass components
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Operate production equipment and follow manufacturing processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures
