Pay

  • $18.00 per hour

Schedule

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (when possible)

  • Start times between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM

  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on workload

Job Responsibilities

As a General Laborer, you will:

  • Assist with fence installation and other construction labor duties

  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

  • Safely use hand and power tools

  • Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently

  • Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout the workday

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

  • Construction, landscaping, fencing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

What to Wear

  • Long pants

  • Short-sleeve T-shirt

  • Work boots or sneakers are acceptable

  • Work boots will be provided when required for certain job sites

Additional Information

  • Lunch breaks are available, although crews may occasionally work through lunch to finish projects.

  • Bringing a packed lunch and water is recommended.
