Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Forklift Operator for an immediate full-time opening in the Morgantown, Hazelton, and Bruceton Mills, WV area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift driver, material handler, equipment operator, or warehouse worker looking for steady hours and long-term potential. Candidates will operate sit-down and rough terrain forklifts to load, unload, organize, and move materials throughout the worksite.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of forklift experience, with 2+ years preferred. The company is willing to provide hands-on training and on-site forklift certification to qualified candidates.
Forklift Operator Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 10-hour shifts
- Alternating Saturdays
- Overtime may be required as needed

Forklift Operator Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and rough terrain forklifts.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and products.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse, yard, or worksite.
- Stack and organize materials in designated areas.
- Transport materials safely and efficiently to required locations.
- Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections.
- Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines.
- Assist with material handling and general labor duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Forklift Operator Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operating experience required.
- 2+ years of forklift experience preferred.
- Sit-down forklift experience is preferred.
- Rough terrain forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and complete on-site training.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work long shifts and overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in a variety of worksite conditions and environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
