Heavy Equipment Operator (Front End Loader) – Immediate Opening

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to transport and move materials such as soil, mulch, gravel, and other aggregates.

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas efficiently and accurately.

Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain workflow.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety hazards promptly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications

Previous experience operating front-end loaders or other heavy construction equipment required.

Strong understanding of heavy equipment safety practices and job site procedures.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
