Job Full Description
An established organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support employees, managers, and leadership within a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on HR role with responsibility for employee relations, recruiting, compliance, benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.
What You’ll Do

Serve as a primary HR resource and business partner to employees, managers, and leadership

Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs

Manage employee relations, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters

Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts

Administer employee benefits and assist with compensation programs

Coordinate performance management, annual reviews, and performance improvement plans

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
-
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
-
Manage leave administration, unemployment claims, and employment verifications

Prepare HR reports and track workforce metrics, including turnover and recruiting activity

Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates

Provide confidential, professional HR guidance and support to employees and management
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
-
Experience with employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and benefits administration

Experience with an HRIS and Microsoft Office

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
