STORE SALES MANAGER
A local plumbing supply company is seeking an experienced Store Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and customer relationships.
Job Duties:
- Manage daily store sales activities and customer service
- Lead, train, and support the sales team
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist customers with product selection and plumbing-related questions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers
- Monitor sales activity and work toward sales goals
- Help manage inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Ensure the store is organized and operating efficiently
Requirements:
- Sales experience is a must
- Plumbing knowledge/experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
