Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines to ensure efficient and safe operations while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
• Set up machines, adjust controls, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Load raw materials and remove finished goods
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Typically 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Typically 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  (Schedules may vary depending on production needs)
