Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely moving, storing, picking, and shipping products while maintaining strong safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials
• Receive and put away inbound shipments using WMS
• Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Inspect product for damage and report discrepancies
• Move product to production lines or shipping docks
• Assist with inventory control and physical counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and company policies

• May assist with order filling and checking
• Must meet productivity, quality, and safety standards
