Pool Technician – $17–$20/hour
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some days may be 6 hours; others up to 12 hours
- Standard 40-hour work week
Job Description
We are hiring a Pool Technician to assist with pool openings, pool maintenance, and hot tub installations. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work. Experience is preferred but not required—training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Assist with swimming pool openings and seasonal maintenance
- Help install and service hot tubs and related equipment
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in pool maintenance or hot tub installation is a plus
- Ability to use hand and power tools (own tools a plus)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Good verbal and written communication skills
