Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking 1-2 detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Associates. This role combines customer care, administrative support, and assistance to the sales team in a fast-paced office environment.
Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Compensation: $18-20 depending on experience
Evaluation-to-hire means the company wants you long-term!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Handle a wide range of office tasks such as managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments, maintaining organized files, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Input customer data and quotes into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare Bills of lading via the RedWood platform and coordinate with freight carriers for timely pick-ups.
Communicate with clients to verify order progress, shipping details, and expected delivery times.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the team.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Construction background, support role in a lumbar yard, or experience with windows and doors is a plus.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum of 1 year) is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a knack for organization and time management.
Familiarity with Microsoft office is a plus.
