Job Full Description
Milwaukee County company looking for a Thermoform Tooling Technician!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Assemble/disassemble existing and new production tooling
- Coordinate production scheduling and tool room scheduling
- Coordinate inventory of all tooling components
- Inspect tolling for defects and damage, perform preventative maintenance, cleaning, die sharpening, and minor repairs as needed
- Using proper forms, submit major repairs or replacements of tooling components
- Use a variety of precision measuring devices to verify accuracy of work
- Assist with producing prototype samples for customers as needed
- Maintain forklift certification
- Complete and submit all required documents, reports, forms, and other paperwork as needed
- Maintain clean work area, and comply to worker safety and food safety policies, and work rules
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adaptable
- Communicates effectively
- Mechanical aptitude
- Common sense to carry out instructions, problem solving abilities involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Job Specifications:
- Pay Range: $22-28+/hour DOE
- Shift(s): 1st
- Hours: Flexible schedule starting around 7am
