Job Full Description
Mequon Plastics company looking for Set-Up Operators / Technicians!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Set-up, start, and troubleshoot presses using established process control methods
- Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift
- Use computer to print work instructions and other job related documentation
- Monitor press cycle to ensure presses are running to standards
- Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 year technical degree/certification in related field OR 4 years related experience
- Experience with plastic injection molding
- Electrical experience preferred for basic maintenance of machinery
- Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
Job Specifications:
- Pay Range: $17-22/hour DOE
- Shift(s): 1st
- Hours: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri
