We’re hiring CNC Operators for several outstanding clients in Ozaukee and Washington Counties. If you’re looking to advance your machining skills with stable companies offering competitive pay, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
💲 $19 - $25+ per hour, depending on experience and the specific opportunity.
Shifts Available:
📅 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions — find the schedule that fits you best!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
✅ Interpret blueprints and follow job specifications
✅ Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
✅ Make tool offsets and adjustments to maintain quality
✅ Keep work area clean and organized, following safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience (or equivalent schooling)
✔ Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ Dependable work ethic and desire to grow
