Ozaukee County Plastics company looking for PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
Responsible for leading, training and coordinating all efforts for the Molding, Finishing Departments and shall adhere to policies and procedures to ensure that maximum productivity and efficiencies are met.
· Monitoring and improving press utilization and productivity.
· Ensure the effective use of all personnel.
· Monitoring and working to reduce scrap levels.
· Training of all production colleagues and support staff.
· Cycle time improvement programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years plastic injection molding experience. (Preferred)
· Minimum 3 year supervisory/leadership experience. (Preferred)
· Mechanical Ability and knowledge on Plastic Molding Equipment.
· Injection Molding – processing capability.
· Sonic Welding – processing capability.

· Pay Range: $24.00-28.00 Depending Upon Experience
