Job Full Description
We’re hiring CNC Machinists and Setup Operators for leading manufacturers in the area! These roles are ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and CNC experience who want to grow their career in precision machining.
Job Duties dependent on Position, but may incldue:
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machining equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Adjust machine offsets and tooling as needed
- Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Monitor machines for quality, efficiency, and safety
- Complete required documentation and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- 1+ year of CNC machining or setup experience preferred (openings at various levels)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
