Job Full Description
We’re looking for reliable and motivated Assembly Line Associates to join growing manufacturing teams throughout Washington and Ozaukee County! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include:
🔹 Assembling parts or products according to work instructions
🔹 Operating basic production or packaging machinery
🔹 Inspecting materials and finished goods for quality
🔹 Assisting with shipping and receiving of materials
🔹 Maintaining a clean and organized work area
🔹 Following all safety and company policies
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor preferred (but not required!)
✅ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
✅ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
✅ Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Schedule & Pay:
💲 $17–$22/hr DOE
