Job Full Description
Milwaukee manufacturing company looking for Setup Operators!
Key duties and responsibilities may include:
- Operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery on the production floor.
- Monitoring performance, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring that the machinery functions efficiently to meet production targets.
- Set up machines for production runs, including calibrating equipment, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper material feed.
- Perform quality checks on products produced by the machinery to ensure they meet specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalence.
- 3-5 years of experience in machine operation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, equipment manuals, and calipers.
Job Specifications:
- Pay Range: $18-$22/hour
- Shift(s): 1st shift
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm
