Recruiting Specialist for Washington County Company
Temp to hire for a FT, Permanent position
$18.50/hour DOE
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM - 30 min lunch
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dispatchers to compile hiring requirements.
- Utilize various channels such as databases and social media to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews and assess applicants' qualifications.
- Complete paperwork for new hires and provide recruitment status updates.
- Promote our company as an employer of choice and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Provide detailed information to candidates regarding company benefits, facilities, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in recruitment and familiarity with recruitment databases.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and legislation.
