Forklift Operators – Jackson & Germantown, WI
$18-19 per hour DOE and shift
1st and 2nd Shift Openings
We are hiring reliable Forklift Operators to support busy teams in the Jackson and Germantown areas. If you enjoy staying active, working with a supportive crew, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity!
What You’ll Do
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Pick orders and stage products for shipment
- Support inventory control and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete basic paperwork and follow safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Recent forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Certification is a plus but not always required depending on the site
