Job Full Description

Company is seeking dependable Press Technicians to join their manufacturing team on 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in press operation, rubber molding, machine operation, and product inspection who are looking for a stable, full time position. If you're reliable, comfortable using basic hand and air tools, and able to thrive in a fast paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you!  

Key duties and responsibilities may include: 

  • Operate Rep rubber molding machines. 

  • Remove and de-mold parts. 

  • Inspect products to ensure quality. 

  • Complete required paperwork legibly. 

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions. 

  • Maintain a clean work area and follow general housekeeping and recycling practices. 

  • Follow company policies and quality and environmental systems. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of general machine operation and inspection practices. 

  • Ability to use basic hand and air tools. 

  • Ability to understand, communicate, and follow oral and written instructions. 

  • Ability to perform moderate physical work, stand for eight hours, and repetitively lift up to 40 pounds. 

Job Specifications: 

  • 1st Shift: $19/hour 

    • Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM 

  • 2nd Shift: $20/hour 

    • Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM
