We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for working with dispatcher to provide excellent communication and service to customers and answering questions for a company in Cudahy, WI.

Pay: $23
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer requests that may conflict with other due dates
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Build lasting relationships with customers based on trust in providing quality service
- Take part in training and other learning opportunities that expand knowledge within the company
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service call center preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
