Operator
Location: Bay View, WIPay: $18.00/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Machine Operator to set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, basic math skills, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Feed materials into the machine according to established procedures
Stack, cover, label, and band finished products as required
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate production records
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing and/or assembly experience required
Basic math skills preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
