Parts Warehouse Coordinator
Location: West Allis, WIPay: $20.00–$22.00/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Parts Warehouse Coordinator to manage parts inventory, process shipments, and support service technicians and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and accurately ship customer and service orders
Process inbound and outbound UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments
Handle vendor returns, core returns, and warranty items
Stock parts and maintain an organized inventory
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor supplies and consumables and notify management when replenishment is needed
Maintain a clean and organized parts warehouse and shelving
Operate a forklift to move materials as needed
Assist with opening and closing the department
Help with general yard maintenance, including shoveling and salting as needed
Work with team members to resolve problems and complete daily tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
Previous parts or inventory experience is a plus
Ability to obtain forklift certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to demonstrate or learn product knowledge
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments
Willingness to assist with seasonal yard maintenance as needed
