Machine Operator/Production – Direct Hire
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–2:00 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a company that values training, development, and promoting employees from within.
The Manufacturing Operator will assist with the setup, adjustment, and operation of various machines and systems used to manufacture quality products while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate manufacturing machinery
- Follow production and safety procedures
- Monitor equipment and products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic measurements and shop math
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Participate in training and learn new manufacturing skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous production, fabrication, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic shop math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to differentiate between similar colors and hues
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, committed, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and desire to grow within a manufacturing environment
