Assembler
Location: Bay View, WI
Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team in Bay View. This position involves assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit parts together according to instructions
- Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Set up and maintain an organized work area
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Stack, label, cover, and band finished products as required
- Complete production records and pre-shift equipment inspections
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to read a ruler
- Ruler and basic math test will be required as part of the hiring process
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
