Assembler
Location: Bay View, WIPay: $18.00/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team in Bay View. This position involves assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble and fit parts together according to instructions
Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
Set up and maintain an organized work area
Inspect materials and finished products for quality
Stack, label, cover, and band finished products as required
Complete production records and pre-shift equipment inspections
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Basic math skills
Must be able to read a ruler
Ruler and basic math test will be required as part of the hiring process
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
