Now hiring a customer service representative in Milwaukee! This is a direct hire opportunity.
Pay: Up to $55,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm
Work includes:
- Correspond with customers via phone call and email
- Answer inquiries on shipping updates, new orders and deliveries
- Edit and create purchase orders
- Collaboration with internal departments
Requirements:
- Customer service experience in a manufacturing setting
