Job Full Description
Now hiring a supervisor on 3rd shift in Waterloo! Join a company focusing on innovative egg solutions.
Pay: Up to $36.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am
Responsibilities:
- Work on the floor with the team, fill in on the line for breaks
- Follow and audit FDA processes and that the team is following them
- Coaching and hiring conversations
- Troubleshoot machinery
Qualifications:
- Mechanical ability, must be able to troubleshoot
- Manufacturing (food) experience
- Familiar with FDA guidelines/processes
- Leadership experience
