Job Full Description
Now hiring a production supervisor on 2nd shift in Horicon, WI! This position reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for team members on their shift. Previous leadership experience is required. Rotational Molding experience would be a plus!
Hours: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
Work includes:
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and other Shift Supervisors to direct and coordinate the activities of team members
- Conduct mold changes using overhead cranes
- Utilize computer programs such as Kronos, SAP, and ADP
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs
