Per Diem
The first of our job types is Per Diem, or "per day". When we place a clinician in one of these jobs, it means that that your state of employment, as well as compensation, will be on a day-to-day basis instead of full-time. Clinicians who work Per Diem positions generally serve as fill-ins for
nursing jobs in Eugene, OR where the full-time employee is absent, so as a Per-Diem clinician you will most likely work on an on-call basis with irregular shifts. One of the benefits of working Per Diem is you can choose whether you want to accept or deny assignments based off of your schedule.
