Express Employment Professionals of Effingham, IL is a leading staffing provider helping job seekers find work with a wide variety of local businesses. They have partnered with over 300 local business over the past twelve years and given hope to thousands of local families.  Each day is rewarding for the local Express team because they know they can give hope to so many people.  In fact, in 2017, nationwide Express paid over 540,000 individuals.

Because we're locally owned, we live in and work in this community and have a vested interest in its success. In addition to our staffing services, our team is actively involved with a wide variety of causes and organizations that help strengthen our beautiful cities.  We participate in three local chambers and our leadership team has held offices on both the Mattoon and Effingham Chamber Boards of Directors.  Our team members are involved in the Chambers too, Mattoon Emerging Leaders (MEL) as well as Effingham Chambers,  YBNext.  We actively support the efforts of our Local YMCA and we have team members active on One Stop Community Christmas committee.  We participate annually in Express'  "Brand it Blue" day and collect food for the local food banks.  Recently, we have partnered with Lake Land College in both their GED classes as well as their technical skills curriculum to introduce new graduates to workforce opportunities.
