Daniel Aiston, Inside Sales Director

Daniel is the Inside Sales Director for Mattoon and Effingham. He does a little bit of everything including directing the inside sales team for both offices, employee development, training, recruiting, sales, placements, and anything else he can help out with. Daniel grew up in Dekalb, IL. He came to the area to attend school at Eastern Illinois University and pursue a career in education. His career path took a couple turns and he is now in a position where he can teach, train, and develop individuals. Jason Glosser, Operations Manager

Jason is the Operations Manager for our Effingham and Mattoon offices. He takes care of many of our internal operations as well as working with clients and associates. 

 Mya Moeller, Front Office Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator

Mya was born and raised in Hidalgo, IL.  She graduated from Newton High School in 2019 and from Greenville University with a BS in Marketing and Business Management in 2022. When Mya has free time she enjoys spending time with and going on walks with her husband and her dog. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and making different coffee drinks. Her favorite book currently is "Night Road" by Kristin Hannah, favorite movie is Frozen 2, and favorite podcast is Sadie Robertson's, "Whoa That's Good Podcast". Before coming to work with us she worked at Culver's in Effingham as a Crew Chief. Mya joined the Express Employment team as the Front Office Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator in August 2022.  Jill Daniels, Payroll and Administrative Coordinator

Jill was born and raised on a small grain and livestock farm in rural Stewardson, IL. Before Express, Jill worked in the corporate banking world (Reconciliation and Loan Accounting). It was not the right fit for her so she left to join our more family-oriented company. As the Payroll and Administrative Coordinator, she processes payroll for our associates, manages invoices and accounts receivables, runs internal reports, and a variety of other office tasks. Jill enjoys being able to help others. Even though she is not directly placing candidates, she enjoys being part of the process. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband, her family, friends, and dog Kimber. She loves to bake, cook, go hiking, travel, shop online, read, and cross stitch.  Tyler Aydt, Light Industrial Employment Specialist

 As an Employment Specialist, Tyler works with candidates that come to Express to find them a local job that fits their needs. He enjoys working with people including internal co-workers and associates. He loves being able to help out in the community and impact lives. Before Express, Tyler worked in a few different light industrial positions as well as previous management positions.
