I grew up in Bandon, Oregon, a small town on the Oregon Coast. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, then worked as a legal assistant in Eugene for a few years. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where I worked as a recruiting coordinator for U-Haul Corporate office, before returning to Oregon and joining Express.

One of my personal interests is cultivating rare and beautiful houseplants. I have a collection of over 50 different plants in my home, and I enjoy taking care of them and watching them grow. Some of my favorites are the monstera deliciosa, the string of pearls, and the calathea orbifolia.

My background includes studies in English and Forensic Anthropology. Over the years, I’ve lived in various coastal locations, including Western Washington, Honolulu, and the windward side of Oahu. I grew up in Sacramento, California, and moved to Eugene, Oregon, in 2023. In California, I gained valuable experience working in sales, customer service, and managerial office services for a start-up in the Bay Area. These diverse roles helped me develop a broad skill set that I continue to use today.

Outside of work, I have a variety of interests and hobbies. I love drawing cartoons, painting landscapes, taking dance classes, and cooking. As a huge foodie, I’m always on the lookout for great restaurants.

I moved from Tampa, Florida to Eugene, Oregon in 2013, and I enjoy living in the Pacific Northwest. I have a background in sales, marketing, and customer service, and I’m always looking for new opportunities and challenges.

One of my personal interests is being bilingual in English and Spanish. I learned Spanish in school and through traveling to different countries. I think being bilingual is a great skill that helps me communicate with more people and understand different cultures.

I grew up in Nevada most of my life and moved to Oregon in 2021. Before working at Express, I was a client/project manager for a website designing company for a little over four years. I learned a lot of valuable skills in that role, such as communication, organization, and creativity.

One of my personal interests is mixed martial arts. I’ve been doing it since I was five years old, and it’s a great way to stay fit and have fun. I enjoy learning new techniques and challenging myself.

I grew up in Coburg/Eugene, where I developed an interest in financial and banking. I worked in that field for over five years, then joined BFSx3 Staffing in 2001. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in the staffing industry, and I’m always ready to help.

One of my personal interests is construction/handyman work. I like to fix things and improve my home. Another passion of mine is EDM (Electronic Dance Music). I love listening to and creating electronic music, as it energizes me and makes me happy.

"Hi, I’m Alex Davidoff, a medical scheduler at Express. I joined Express in February 2023, and I love what I do. I help clinicians assist the community by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and providing excellent customer service.

I grew up in San Diego, California, where I enjoyed the sunny weather and the beautiful beaches. I graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2019, then worked as an office assistant/customer service person from mid 2019 to 2022. I learned a lot of valuable skills in that role, such as communication, organization, and problem-solving.

My favorite hobby is spending time with my dog Sydney, who is a golden retriever. She is very friendly and playful, and she always makes me smile. We like to go for walks, play fetch, and cuddle on the couch.

"Hi, name is Alishia Nickelson and I am a Recruiting Specialist for Healthcare at Express. I started working at Express IN December of 2023. I grew up in the small town of Harrisburg, Oregon. Before joining Express, I ran the recruiting department for an agency that provided services to families with members who had intellectual and physical disabilities. My team was able to send in support for those families to help navigate daily life for those members, accomplish goals long term and short term, as well as daily tasks and needs.
I love spending time with my children and my corgi pup, exploring the outdoors.
