Lee and Shannon Wenninger opened the Hamilton County Express Employment Professionals office November 1, 2005 .

Our mission is to help organizations in Hamilton County find great employees. Since opening, our office has helped thousands of job seekers find work at over 500 companies. We were named the Fishers Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year for 2011, and we are one of the top Express offices worldwide having achieved Bronze and Silver Circle of Excellence awards for 2010-2022.

We are convinced that the economic engine of our country is local businesses, and we are committed to helping local businesses of all sizes succeed whether through our services or through referrals to our business colleagues and friends.

We also provide support and guidance for local job seekers, whether by providing a bridge job to gain work experience or by helping them find their next career opportunity. We are humbled that referrals from current and former Express associates are our top recruiting source.

Our office supports the local community in a number of ways. Lee is a past board member for OneZone, a board member of the Region 5 Workforce Development Board, and on the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Network. Lee and Shannon are active in many ministries at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Our office has hosted fundraisers for Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County, the Merciful HELP Center, White River Christian Church food pantry, Children's Miracle Network, Little Wish Foundation and other charities. We also host leadership seminars for business leaders throughout the metropolitan area.
