As residents of Alabama, Angela and Chris Ashcraft naturally chose their home state to begin their Express Employment Professionals business. Angela is from Montgomery, AL and graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a degree in international business and Spanish. Before moving to Alabama, Chris grew up in Monroe, LA and received a degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University. 

Chris and Angela Ashcraft opened their first Express Employment Professionals franchise in July 2006 in Mobile, AL. Since then, they grew their business by serving hundreds of job seekers and adding a second location in Summerdale, AL. Both locations combined produce more than $18 million in client sales annually.

Their offices' mission is to exceed expectations of our clients by finding them the most qualified candidates, finding the most desirable jobs for associates, and have processes in place that make it easy to do business with them.

Their goal is to be the preferred place of employment for their community as well as the go-to staffing company for clients. This goal is achieved by offering exceptional customer service to both clients and associates.

Express Employment Professionals is a franchised staffing company with more than 800 locations across U.S., Canada, and South Africa. Both the Mobile and Summerdale locations have achieved Circle of Excellence, a top office award within Express. These offices also benefit from having two Sales Representatives in the company's top 50 rankings internationally. The Ashcrafts were named Express Franchisees of the Year in 2016.

Angela and Chris reside in Mobile, AL with their two sons and are very involved in community organizations in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
